Today I met with the most delightful lady. She owns a very successful retail showroom in High Street, Prahran selling stunning pieces of jewellery which she has designed right here in Melbourne.
Like most companies, Marketing Eye has been slack and we have not practiced what we preach. It’s like mechanics who never fix their own car.
We encourage clients to engage in proactive marketing activities and yet, we rely solely on word of mouth referral, twitter, facebook, blogs and our website.
Having been in business now for 10 years, I certainly have had my fair share of employee attitudes.
It goes with the territory and it goes with my training as a Manager and ultimately leader of the organisation.
