Marketing Consultant Shares Insights blog

As a marketer, you must stay organized, focused and match pace with your goals to hit that bullseye called success. Enter the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology – a powerful framework designed to help businesses simplify their operations, clarify their vision and achieve their objectives. Let us look at all that you need to know about integrating EOS into your marketing strategy for getting the most out of it.

Have you completed your businesses marketing strategy for 2017/18? If you want to hit and execute your sales goals for the coming year then you might want to take action now.

If you have left it until now to write your 2017/18 marketing strategy, then you are really hitting a fine line, because there is a lot to be done before executing a powerful, deliberate marketing campaign in July that will see your company hit sales targets, connect with customers and accelerate your potential in the marketing for the year to come.
We have been very privileged at Marketing Eye to keep our key team for almost the entire duration of the company. What that has done is establish a firm foundation of people who understand the business, it's vision and what expectations are key to ensuring its ultimate success.

Christina Kortesis who has run the Melbourne office without any interference since the company started has been the backbone of the business. She has continually shown what a good leader should do. Her nurturing skills and ultimate knowledge of marketing is second to none. She has empathy and understands the predicaments that our clients face, as well as that of her own staff.

Marketing maven, Tegan Addinsall, a senior marketing manager at Marketing Eye Melbourne came rushing through the front door of the office today with the biggest smile on her face. It was 7.30am in the morning, and although I was at work, I hadn't even put my makeup on and certainly hadn't finished my first cup of coffee.

"I love my job!" rejoiced Tegan. Indeed she does. Every day she enters work with the greatest smile on her face. She is incredibly smart, and knows her "stuff" better than most. Sometimes annoyingly, she laughs and smiles so much that I want to bump her over the head with a book, so she can come down to my level (not really!).

If you are anything like me, Sunday morning, I always go down to my local cafe at 7am with my dog to buy a coffee and a fresh croissant. It gets rid of two things; my need for a coffee in the morning and my dog needing to 'do her business'.

Then, I come home, shower, and turn on my computer. Mainly I write, but at least for an hour or so, I work.

Unlike most people, I rarely go into my emails. That to me is a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 job. Instead I look at the Marketing Eye website and think of ways to market our business.

I am THE SUNDAY MARKETER.

Today was a good day. Actually, a good, good day as the lyrics of the Black Eye Peas song goes. It’s a fresh start to the year ahead.
