Influencer marketing has become a popular marketing strategy for businesses of all sizes, thanks to the rise of social media platforms. The concept of influencer marketing is simple yet effective - partnering with influencers to promote products or services to their followers on social media. It’s a great way to reach a wider audience, build brand awareness, and increase sales. In fact, according to a study by Influencer Marketing Hub, 63% of businesses plan to increase their influencer marketing budget in the next year.

The world of digital marketing has come a long way in the last few years, and it is only going to become more important as technology continues to evolve and advance. It is likely that digital marketing will continue to play a critical role in reaching and engaging consumers in the future as consumers become more connected and more reliant on digital devices.

Companies and businesses spend large sums of money for Influencers to bombard your feed and stories with #Sponsored, #AD, and #Gifted posts, but is it worth it? Is it triggering their followers and broad audiences to run pass check out and purchase the items they promote?

Social media is taking an increasingly larger portion of any marketing strategy, where, as of 2021 - there are 3.96 billion people using some form of social media. It’s an ever-expanding landscape that allows for a multitude of interactions where influencers are partnering with brands for paid promotions, and brands are leveraging influencers to boost their brand awareness.

Let's say you are remodeling your house, and you need a contractor. You have done your research on multiple search engines and found a few options, but don't know who to choose. Before you commit to anything, you call up friends, family, or turn to Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, or any other online platforms to help you find the best person for the job.

I still can't believe that we are halfway through 2017 already. Being in sales, I understand August can be a slower month. But I’m a glass half full kind of guy. So I think this month should be used to catch up on some things you’ve been pushing off for the last half of the year. Living in Atlanta definitely has its perks. But, one thing everyone is familiar with is the traffic. So instead of watching the guy in front of me pick his nose all the way from Peachtree to Lenox, I’m going to be learning about history, business, and geeking out on the best podcasts that are out now.
Working out of the Atlanta Tech Village, I have ran into loads of companies that are operating off of a shoestring budget with limited capital to spend on marketing efforts. Sometimes, even the thought of using paid advertising makes a small business owner shutter. Mainly because owners aren’t necessarily marketers, and there’s a lot of uncertainty around the return on investment. However, there’s a number of ways that a small business can leverage digital marketing by spending very little and targeting exactly who their customers are.
