I am so flattered that any company would think that Marketing Eye is important enough to spend money advertising our brand, trying to pick up the "leftovers".
They used the keyword "Marketing Eye" and have clearly set up the campaign to focus on Melbourne only, as they are in suburban Melbourne and are quite a small outfit.
They are not really competitors, even though they have tried in ernest to be so. Marketing Eye is truly unique. For one, all of our team works for Marketing Eye and we do not use freelancers or other agencies to fulfill our work. We are the largest small to medium sized marketing company in Australia that provides a full outsourced marketing department, in-house for $2,500 per month inclusive of marketing management, branding, web, social media, public relations and content marketing. We even do film in-house which is quite unique.
We also have our own custom magazine, Marketing Eye Magazine, proprietary technology supported by a tech team and education and training.
This is actually a really big day in the life of Marketing Eye, because it has made me realize how much other companies want to be just like us and why when we change copy on our website, so many other marketing consultancy firms quickly make changes to theirs.
We are a leader not a follower and we like to work with companies that want to be leaders not followers. We have a clear differentiation that empowers our clients to believe in their business plans and create a unique value proposition that stands out in the market - just like ours.
So, thank you to the company that chose to advertise their business as an alternative. You have truly made my day. The more marketing companies that are qualified in the world, the better, as there certainly is enough clients out there for everyone.
