How you present yourself is part of branding your business. If you are untidy, then people will think that your brand is untidy.
A few years ago, I met a very stylish woman in Chicago and she owned a marketing company in Germany. Her company name was something along the lines of Hot Chocolate so she wore brown every day to work so that people could resonate with the name of her brand and her.
It worked a treat!
